Website Design

Improve or establish your web presence with a custom website that is not only aesthetically pleasing and designed with your branding, but is strategically built to convert your audience. Our website designs are infused with website & content strategy, and we’ll help you craft the perfect copy for every page based on the messaging strategy we developed during the branding process. Our websites are fully responsive and at the end of our project, you’ll have access to training videos so you can confidently manage your website on your own.

Strategy Sessions

All our branding packages come with a Strategy Session, but we offer it as a stand alone service as well. This is for business owners who are looking to gain clarity around their brand messaging and creative direction, but aren’t yet ready to invest in our full packages.

This is a 1.5-2 hour intensive virtual workshop where we’ll dive deep into who your brand really is. We’ll go through your Brand Core, Target Audience, Competitors, and Messaging Strategy.

After our meeting, I will conduct further research to develop and refine your brand strategy which you’ll receive in your PDF Brand Roadmap.

Don’t worry, we know not all business have the same needs so all our packages are completely custom to each business! When we discuss your business and your goals in our discovery call, we’ll be able to consult with you on add-ons you’ll need to reach your goals and to maximise your branding. You’ll get a list of the deliverables we think is best suited for your business in our Project Proposal.

frequently asked questions

How much do your packages cost?

Every package is custom to the client's needs, and the cost will depend on the scope of the project. After our consultation call, I will be sending a proposal detailing the cost of the package and the deliverables it comes with.

Do you offer payment plans?

We require a 50% deposit to book your spot in our calendar, and the remaining amount will be due closer to the end of the project. If you prefer a payment plan with more installments, just let us know! We know branding and web design is a huge investment so we'll try to make it work for you!

Do you do just logos?

No, we don't. We believe that you need a full branding and strategy to achieve your goals. We do offer our mini branding package, the Branding Sprint.

Can you do just website design?

Yes, we do but we have to approve of your branding first.

When should i enquire?

We recommend sending in your enquiry form at least 3 weeks before your ideal start date, or even earlier!

The Seven Stars Signature Seven Step Process

  • 01. Enquiry

    Fill in our enquiry form and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours to book your discovery call so we can chat about your business and goals. After, we’ll send you your detailed proposal. Once you sign your contract and pay your first invoice, you’re officially booked with us and we’ll get you set up on your Notion Client Portal.

  • 02. Brand Strategy Session

    Every project begins with a Strategy Session! This is a 1-2 hour call where we’ll discuss the direction for your brand design. We’ll dive into your values, target audience, competitor analysis, messaging strategy and more. After we do more research, you’ll receive a Brand Roadmap PDF with 2 moodboard concepts for you to choose from.

  • 03. Brand Design

    With your strategy developed, we’ll begin designing your logo suite, and send you the presentation for approval. We use the One Concept Method where instead of presenting you with multiple creative directions for your logo, we pour all our attention and energy into creating the one perfect logo concept based on strategy. You’ll have 2 rounds of revisions.

  • 04. Collaterals & Add-Ons

    Once your logo concept is finalised, we’ll move on to developing the rest of your brand identity. This is where we get to see your brand come to life and apply it to your supporting brand elements, collaterals (print and digital) and any of the add-ons you opt for. If you opted for Packaging Design, this is also the stage where we’ll design your packaging.

  • 05. Web & Content Strategy

    We’ll have another Strategy Call, this time for your Website & Content. We’ll map out the pages & content of your website to make sure information flows smoothly & strategically. With your site mapped out, you’ll see the content we need from you so you can prepare. You’ll have Website Content Guide to help you with copy and other website info we’ll need, so no worries!

  • 06. Website Design

    We’ll create and build your Squarespace website that is designed with your content strategy and target audience’s customer journey in mind. We’ll assist you with writing copy that speaks to your audience and converts them into loyal customers. You’ll have 2 rounds of revisions. Prior to the launch, we’ll run tests to ensure your website runs smoothly.

  • 07. Launch

    Congrats on your new brand and or website design! Before you go, we’ll hop on another call to celebrate & provide you with a live training so you know how to use your brand files and how to manage your website so you can update it on your own! Although our project ends here, we’ll forever be cheering you and your business on! Now go an show off your new brand!
